When the burden's too much, you need to know you can always let go of it...
If you always worry about the past it's your loss because you won't be able to enjoy the present...I'll give you a hint, it's cake :P
Well I don't really have cake (and if I did I probably wouldn't share :P) but anyways thats besides the point, sort of.
Shit happens, it happens a lot and there's really nothing you can do about it. You just have to take it, wash yourself off, dry yourself, and then prepare for more shit. This causes a lot of people to lose hope, give up, and sink into despair. But you should always take comfort in the fact that there will always be people there for you, no matter what. People that care about you (family, friends, loved ones, animals...) who will do anything to cheer you up and make you happy again. You just have to be optimistic and keep moving forward and things will eventually work itself out.

Have Faith?
You just can't go on having faith in something just because you want it to exist...
Part of growing up means letting go of a lot of things: childish toys, silly little idiosyncrasies, people…It may be hard to admit but moving on requires us to leave the things that we used to cherish behind. Part of becoming an adult requires us to learn from our experiences and use it to become better people as we begin to contribute to society. We can’t keep getting caught up with what happened in the past and hope that things will turn out for the better. They won’t because the world just doesn’t work like that. Sorry to be such a downer but that’s just how it goes.
